This illustration is based on the contemporary beauty standards women are exposed to.

How would look to have what we socially consider “timeless beauty” looked under that lens?

This is a personal project.

“My body contains me, it walks me around the world and allows me to sense. I get constant messages from the outside telling me it doesn’t look how it should and that I could do this or that to make it look better. It is hard not feel inappropriate, but I promise you, body of mine, that I will never slaughter you to fit into an ideal. That I won’t have extreme high expectations of you and I will never let filters blur my mind. That I will take care of you with respect from now on, like I would take care of a stray cat nobody wants. I will feed you when you’re hungry and I’ll give you treats every other day. Maybe everyday. Because you took me to where I am now”.
