This illustration was published at El País Semanal along with a text written by Olga Carmona talking about youtubers and influencers, and the effect they have on teens and kids.

Even though the article talked about it on a good note and about how some can really teach important matters (like animal rights, equality, body possitivity, politics, etc), I couldn’t stop thinking about what goes in between: crazy challenges, ads creating needs, the super high rate of kids wanting to be influencers and youtubers as adults, and how the general language and communication is mutating and speeding up to catch your attention.
