On a personal note, the struggle to stay focused resonates deeply with me, especially when it comes to reading. Once one of my favorite activities, I now find it increasingly difficult to fully immerse myself in a book since smartphones and social media became a constant presence in my life. This illustration reflects that tension—the pull between digital distractions and the desire to reconnect with mindful, focused activities like reading.
